Before generation
You may upload a résumé or enter information manually. SlenderCareer extracts only the content required for the document workflow. Empty fields are omitted rather than filled with invented information.
Autosave and My Tasks
Each meaningful step is saved to your signed-in workspace. A browser recovery copy may also be stored on your device, allowing the site to restore your last position after a refresh or temporary connection problem.
Local workspace identifiers separate documents and job applications in this browser. You should still sign out on shared devices, download important files before clearing site data and avoid storing highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job application.
AI generation
When you request AI assistance, relevant résumé facts, form entries, target-role information and job details are sent through a protected server-side request to the configured AI provider. If you choose Google sign-in, the OAuth exchange receives only the identity fields needed to open your local workspace. The purpose is to organize, rewrite or tailor your career document—not to create unsupported claims.
Always review generated text before paying, downloading or submitting it. Remove any information that is inaccurate, confidential or no longer relevant.
Payments
The checkout provider receives the information necessary to process your selected payment method. SlenderCareer receives a transaction reference and payment result so the PDF can be unlocked. Never send your mobile-money PIN, card PIN or one-time password to SlenderCareer support.
PDF creation and downloads
Your PDF is generated for your requested document. Downloaded files are saved to the device and location selected by your browser. Once downloaded, protecting, sharing and deleting that file is your responsibility.
Service analytics
SlenderCareer records limited events such as sign-in sessions, template selection, document generation and PDF download. These measurements help the owner understand adoption and improve the service; résumé and cover-letter text is not placed in analytics events.
Referees and third-party information
Only add referee or third-party information when you are permitted to use it for your application. Tell referees how their details will be used and avoid providing unnecessary personal information.
Deletion request
To ask a data-handling question, email support@slendercareer.com from the address associated with your local workspace. You can delete device-local records by clearing the site’s browser storage.
